Discovery Process – Marketing

The transition of a company’s public facing website, away from IT Department responsibility and over to the Marketing department is becoming more prevalent. This is because, in many cases a website is a marketing and lead generation tool that also carries brands visual image. With our Discovery process, we look to identify the project overview, success criteria, communication preferences, milestones and more, in order to set expectations early creating a set finish line.
